Stor-Age has funding in place in order to execute our portfolio growth objectives. We also have a reputation for responding to potential new site introductions quickly and swiftly concluding acquisitions should sites meet our target criteria.
Target criteria for new opportunities
- Existing buildings or sites
- Main road frontage with good access
- Within/in close proximity to retail type nodes
- Close to middle to upper income residential suburbs
- Existing buildings of 7,000 to 10,000 m² +
- Minimum site size of 3,000 to 4,000 m² + with potential bulk of 7,000 to 10,000 m² +
- Preferably freehold
